After earning degrees in both Marketing and Logistics from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, Brent moved to Denver in 1997. Brent began his career in the corporate world as an Account Executive with OfficeMax, followed by stops as Account Director with Abacus, a division of DoubleClick, Inc., National Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Navis Logistics Solutions, and Marketing Director for Mansfield & Associates, an office of MetLife Financial Services.
After gaining more than 8 years experience in marketing and consultative sales with a focus on market analysis, Brent brought his analytical approach to the real estate world in 2004 and joined Banyan Real Estate, LLC at its inception in 2009. Brent’s real estate experience spans a broad range of transactions from working with first time home buyers, to identifying investment opportunities such as multi-unit long-term cash flow properties, fix & flip projects, and condominium conversions.
Market research has become more important than ever and Brent has developed a solid knowledge base of home values throughout the Denver Metro area by regularly conducting comparative market analyses and frequently previewing homes as they hit the market. Whether clients are looking to purchase a home for the first time, selling to move into a larger home, or looking for an investment property, Brent’s main focus is to help them make financially sound real estate decisions. After living in Westminster and Littleton before settling closer to downtown Denver, Brent and his wife, Kathy, married in Estes Park in 2005 and they’ve continued to enjoy living in Denver ever since.
